Understatement indeed. Mark Waid and Krause have actually gotten me to start reading comics again.
And yeah, it would be Kaiden (or however you spell her name) who would probably have ended up in the past.
I like how you've captured that "innocent golden era" look and future Kaiden makes a dark contrast to her early counterpart. I'd love to see a colored version of this.

As for the series itself...maybe I'm reading too much into it, but I'm starting to get the feeling that "Irredeemable" may not just apply to Tony/Plutonian. We're starting to see a lot of the so called "heroes" crack and cross lines.
